With respect to our post of September 15, 2012, in http://www.sunisthefuture.net, one of you commented to me that “It is laughable that utility companies would consider effective FIT (Feed-In-Tariff). Why should they make more work for themselves?” To this, I respond: Let’s try to remember what happened in the music industry with mp3–>resistance and delay on the part of the music industry in providing music in mp3 format prevented the music industry from making a lot more money.  Another example is Kodak:  Kodak’s unwillingness to ever embrace digital photography led to its eventual demise, bankruptcy (Chapter 11) of Kodak.  Learning from history, one can see the importance for companies to try to work with its targeted consumers, to meet the needs/wishes of the people and to embrace new progress/ technology. For delaying the process, at best will lead to less revenue, and at worst will lead to its demise. Furthermore, it is our moral imperative to do our best to help one another to transition into the Renewable Energy Age with least amount of turmoil. Please take a look at our post of September 15, 2012, for a possible workable solution. Below, is a short summary of Feed-In-Tariff (FIT) by Hermann Scheer (the hero for Germany’s renewable energy program or Feed-In-Tariff (FIT))
